Ancient Aderyn is a language of the distant past. It is difficult to read, and harder to comprehend. Most older texts of the Paravist and Aveist faith are in this language.
“Besides the normal issues with older texts (i.e. no capitalization, punctuation, or spacing between words) ancient Aderyn uses an archaic form of contextual structure. If a word is considered to be “In Flight” its meaning is usually drastically different than if it is considered to be “Grounded”. Add to this a tendency for plural words to have a different emphasis or depth of meaning than their singular form, and you have a text that is troubling to gain meaning from under the best of circumstances."Nestor Johan the First, from his treatise ‘On Texts of the Early Flock’
